In fact, the believe of Jesus Christ was appealed more by the European, American and other foreigners than his own people. How did the 12 Apostles (European or ?) who wrote the Bible knew more on the history or biography of Jesus as compared to the Jewish ?
The Jews knew that Jesus did not fulfill the requirements of the Messiah. Many Jews followed Jesus when he was preaching a message of following God and preparing for the end of the world, but once Paul changed the religion of Jesus into a religion about Jesus, and once the Jerusalem church of the apostles was scattered or destroyed along with Jerusalem in 70 AD, the religion Paul invented spread pretty much exclusively among gentiles.
